Novi Beograd

Immediately after World War II, in 1948, on the left bank of the river Sava, on sandy and marshy soil, at the largest construction site in the then country, New Belgrade was born. Conceived as a city of "light, sun and the future", a whole new part of the city, with wide boulevards and sidewalks, the longest and the most beautiful promenades, the highest business and residential buildings, the unobtrusive blocks of buildings...

It has long been considered a "dormitory", due to the lack of cultural facilities and quality office space, and today, after building everything that was lacking, New Belgrade is the real business center of the capital.

The youngest municipality in the city, can boast of numerous business buildings, as well as top quality newly built residential buildings. Since it was built in a plan, this part of the city has excellent infrastructure, as well as excellent traffic connections with other parts of Belgrade, exit to the highway, and there are also large areas under the greenery as well as the banks of the rivers Danube and Sava. Construction of residential area was followed by the construction of kindergartens, schools, health centers, shopping malls, sports halls and terrains, parking spaces... There are also the most famous hotels, congress halls, a large number of restaurants...

All this has contributed to the increase in demand for apartments in New Belgrade, which many consider to be the ideal place for a relaxed life. Of course, real estate is not of uniform quality, which is reflected in the price per square meter, but the purchase of apartments in this part of the city is constantly increasing.
